Town of Geneva Alcohol, Operator’s, Tobacco, Short-Term Rental and Business Licenses

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

  • All forms are due back to the Town of Geneva NO LATER THAN May 21, 2026, in order to meet the 15-day waiting period and required publication.
  • A copy of your WI Seller’s Permit MUST accompany your application.
  • Any outstanding fees due to the Town of Geneva need to be paid prior to our issuing your license.
  • The Town Board Meeting will take place on June 8, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. for approval of licenses. After that, you will receive your invoice. NO ADDITIONAL Town Board meetings will take place in June if you miss the May 21st deadline.
