NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Town of Geneva Plan Commission

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that on June 29, 2026 at 6:30 p.m. at the Lake Como Beach Property Owners Association Club House, W3730 Club House Dr., Lake Geneva, WI 53147, pursuant to Town of Geneva Ordinance Section 18.03 (3)(c), the Town of Geneva Plan Commission will hold the continuation of the Public Hearing held on June 15, 2026, on the conceptual plan submitted by Lennar Corporation on behalf of Lennar Homes of WI, LLC (“Lennar”).
Lennar has requested that the Plan Commission determine that the conceptual plan as submitted be determined complete to thereby allow Lennar to proceed to prepare a preliminary plat consistent with the completed conceptual plan. The conceptual plan is for development of tax parcels JG2000005, JA42400001A, JG2000005B & JGN5700012A located adjacent to Palmer Road, Town of Geneva, WI.
