PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that on June 15, 2026 at 6:30 p.m. at the Geneva Town Hall, N3496 Como Rd., Lake Geneva, WI 53147, pursuant to Town of Geneva Ordinance Section18.03 (3)(c), the Town of Geneva Plan Commission will hold a Public Hearing on theconceptual plan submitted by Lennar Corporation on behalf of Lennar Homes of WI, LLC(“Lennar”).
Lennar has requested that the Plan Commission determine that the conceptual plan as submitted be determined complete to thereby allow Lennar to proceed to prepare a preliminary plat consistent with the completed conceptual plan. The conceptual plan is for development of tax parcels JG2000005, JA42400001A, JG2000005B & JGN5700012A located adjacent to Palmer Road, Town of Geneva, WI.
